Hey guys,
From now on, physical training sessions will be held on every tuesday. Though optional, you are strongly encouraged to attend them if you are seeking to improve your physiques (and its free =] ). The details are as followed:
Time : 530pm (every Tuesday)
Duration: 1 to 1.5 hour
Venue: Clubhouse
Attire: Running gear (running shoes, sports pants/shorts, Tee) and TOWEL
Coaches: Jin Hui/Dennis(young one)/Ronald
You are strongly advised to have a LIGHT meal 15 to 30 minutes before the training session. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONDITIONS (eg asthma, previous injuries, sprains), PLEASE INFORM THE INCHARGE AND BRING ALONG YOUR MEDICATION (if any).
